New Four Season Residence

History of Four Season in Boston 

Most Major cities only have one Four Season Hotel and residences. However, Boston is, in fact, a unique place, and soon will offer more than one Four Season Hotel and Residence.  The first Four seasons opened in 1985 and was located at 200 Boylston Street. This location offers 196 rooms, 77 suites, and 87 residential units and is 16 stories. This Location will not be going anywhere.

New Four Season Residence and Hotel 

Boston will be home to a second Four Season Location called One Dalton and it will offer the service clients have come accustomed to. This new four seasons will offer 61 stories designed by Harry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, one of the world’s most distinguished architects, along with Cambridge Seven Associates.

Dining and Services 

Residents and guests will be able to enjoy Zuma Restaurant, which is an Izakaya Style Japanese dining and has locations in London, New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Rome, and Dubai.  Zuma will offer in residence dining along with dining in there restaurant. All services one would expect at four seasons from Concierge, 24-hr security, doorman, bellman, housekeeping, messenger service, will be available. Residents will have a private entrance and private amenities that will be available on the 24th and 40th floors.

One Dalton Condominiums offers contemporary character, sophistication, and meticulous attention to detail. Residences are unique and will feature generous layouts with floor to ceiling windows.
