It’s Tuesday, which means another Rental Report. I am covering Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Charlestown, and Savin Hill this week.
Rents were down except in Back Bay and Savin Hill, where they were up.
Beacon Hill and Savin Hill have shorter DOM on the market, whereas everywhere else saw longer days on market
Back Bay had the most rentals, going over asking, 5 in total! Beacon Hill and Charlestown had 2,.

Looking Ahead: Summer & September Leasing
