Echelon New Development Seaport District

  Another new development is moving into Seaport District called Echelon. Echelon Seaport is developed by Celona Capital and Cottonwood management and designed by CBT Architects. This New Development moving into the seaport district called Echelon will consist of three mixed-use towers with 1.3 million square feet on 3.5 acres in the seaport district. There will be 717 residences and 125,000 square ft. of retail and restaurant space. Two of the Echelon Seaport towers will contain 447-luxury condominium residence and one tower will contain 270 luxury apartments.
