The St Regis Hotel and Brand dates back to 1904 when John Jacob Astor IV opened St Regis in New York City. Many of St Regis locations not only offer a hotel component, but many also have a private residence part, but very few just offer a private residence and no hotel. Boston is one of those cities that will have St Regis but it will not offer a hotel. Residents who buy will have access to many first-class amenities. Many amenities they may use when they are away from ta here private residence.
St Regis Residence in the seaport district will be located at 150 Seaport Boulevard. This newest development will offer 114 units and the building will be 22 stories high. All units are available minus the penthouse units. The penthouse homes are not on the market. Owners in the towers will have access to St Regis services through St Regis Parent Company Marriott. Marriott is not part of the sale or development, but they do have a license agreement with Cronin. Owners will also have access to a suite of amenities that included anticipatory butler and concierge assistance. Pool, Spa, exercise, library, and wine vault.
Construction should be completed by 2021, and when it is completed it should be the last waterfront to open in seaport neighborhood.
