3.  Brighten the kitchen up.

The average kitchen project can cost anywhere from $382.00 to $1,064 depending on equipment and labor and where you live. Also depends on the finishes you choose and appliances. White-colored kitchens remain the most popular. A bright space that has clean lines is what buyers like. Refacing cabinets or painting cabinets can be a quick fix that can make s space look fresh and new. Upgrading hardware is also a good idea. 

 

 

4. Replace dated countertops and appliances.

Gray and white countertops in material granite, marble, or quartz.  Butcher block countertops could be a more cost-effective option. Stay away from multicolored granite. You might have to update appliances if you upgrade countertops.
